As you might imagine, Mission® has a team of marketing, research & development, and other internal resources dedicated to developing innovative new products. We also work with outside vendors and suppliers in this type of development. Therefore, many of the ideas we get submitted to us from people outside the company are extremely close, if not exactly the same, as ideas we’ve considered in the past or that may already be in some stage of development.
It is very important that you read our terms and conditions which outline the conditions under which we will accept your idea. Please make sure you are comfortable with these terms and conditions before you submit your idea. If you think your idea may be eligible for patent, trademark, or other protection, we encourage you to speak with qualified legal counsel before submitting your idea to Mission®.
Please note that this submission program is solely for new product ideas, and not recipe ideas. This program is also not intended for use by any Gruma Corporation employees. Employees of Gruma Corporation should submit any new product ideas through our internal submission program.

BY SUBMITTING A SUGGESTION YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.
All suggestions submitted by consumers to Gruma are the property of Gruma Corporation and may be used by Gruma without compensation of any kind to the suggesting party. Gruma may elect from time to time, on an individual basis, to give submitters of suggestions some form of recognition, whether in kind or cash, the amount of which will in no event exceed $3,000, but this is entirely in Gruma’s sole discretion. You agree to execute any documents that may be reasonably requested by Gruma to further confirm Gruma’s ownership of the suggestion, and any intellectual property rights contained therein or derived therefrom. If for any reason title to a suggestion and its related intellectual property rights may not be assigned to Gruma, you hereby grant to Gruma an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use same for any purpose. By submitting a suggestion to Gruma, you represent that (a) you are eighteen years of age or older and (b) the suggestion is an original idea of yours that you are free to grant to Gruma.
While we appreciate your input, we are not able to provide all submitters with the results of the suggestion they have submitted.
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to this document, you agree that the State and Federal courts in and for Dallas County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction thereof.
