2. Review and indicate your understanding and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by checking the indicated box.
3. Review your information, print a copy for your records, and hit “Submit.”

Please allow 3-6 months for us to reply regarding your submission. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

It can take 3-6 months for internal review of a submission. If Mission Foods decides not to pursue your idea, we will inform you of this, but we will not provide the reasons for our decision.

Your submission is first evaluated for completeness and fit with Mission Foods’ strategic business focus areas. If the submission is complete and fits our focus areas, it will be forwarded to the appropriate personnel within our company for further review.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide status updates for submissions throughout the review process. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

To ensure we follow Mission Foods’ policies regarding the handling of confidential information and to ensure there are no misunderstandings, we do not accept confidential information during the submission and initial review phases of the process. If after our initial review, we are interested in obtaining additional information that may involve information you perceive as confidential, we will propose a process for this at that time. This may involve the signing of a separate agreement.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, all suggestions submitted become the property of Gruma Corporation dba Mission Foods (“Gruma”) without any compensation to the person making the suggestion. Gruma may elect from time to time, on an individual basis, to give submitters of suggestions a coupon or other form of recognition, but this is entirely in Grumarsquo;s discretion. Please review the entire terms and conditions document to ensure you are comfortable with them before submitting your idea.
